How the chatbot handles lead generation
The AI Chatbot for lead generation works the other way round: it answers first, then asks.
Somebody starts a conversation because they want to know something. The agent answers it. Then, at a point you choose, it asks for a way to get back to them.
You decide when that happens:
- After the agent has given its first answer, which is the usual choice
- Before the conversation starts, if every visitor is worth capturing
- Before the agent answers at all, if you want the contact as a condition
And what it asks for: name, email, phone, a consent checkbox, in any combination. The phone field works out the country by itself.
Where the results end up
Every captured contact lands in one table with the thing that usually goes missing: what the person was actually asking about.
Each row shows the date, name, email, phone and a one-line summary of the conversation. So when you call back, you already know they were asking about weekend availability, not just that a lead came in.
From there it can go wherever you work — your email when the chat ends, a Google Sheet, or through Zapier and webhooks into your CRM.
